1 - To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of €10 will be requested. This will be directly deducted from your final amount. You can also pay the full amount directly.

2 - The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH ONLY during the appointment. Please prepare the exact amount.

3 - If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged a fee of 10 €, 30 min late 15 €, beyond 30 min your appointment will be canceled and the deposit is non-refundable.

4 - Come with your mats glued fairly thin.

5 - Make sure your lace is of QUALITY! If in doubt, you can buy our lace wigs on our website www.maisoncapillhair.com. The result depends on the quality of the lace (this is your responsibility to choose it well).

6 - If you have an impediment, you can reschedule your appointment, so another deposit will not be required. If you notify us the day before, you will lose your deposit and must in this case reschedule another appointment.

7 - We do not accept accompaniment.

Failure to comply with the instructions will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit.

COVID-19 UPDATE

- All workstations, tools and surrounding areas will be disinfected between each client to make you feel safer and more comfortable. - If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.

- Please ensure you use the restroom before showing up for your appointment as our restrooms will be off limits.

- If you have flu symptoms during your appointment, you will be immediately asked to leave the premises and reschedule your appointment

- Upon arrival, you will be given hand sanitizer

- You MUST wear a face mask to your appointment.
